How do I get a quote?

Contact us and be ready to supply the following information about the item you are looking for:

  1. Quantity of item you need.
  2. An approximate price you want to spend.
  3. The date you need your order completed.
  4. Artwork. Or an idea of what you want on your product.
Are there order minimums?

No, but each order is unique and so are the minimums. 

Are there setup fees?
  • Custom Embroidery requires a one-time digitizing fee per logo.
  • Screen Print setup fees are based upon the number of ink colors and print locations.
  • Promotional Products are each different and based on the suppliers’ fees.
What is the turnaround time once my order is placed?

Turnaround time begins once your artwork has been submitted and approved.  1Corp staff can walk you through this process before you place your order and will work with you to meet your need date.

Do I get to see what my order will look like before I place it?

Yes, a proof will be provided, and your approval will be required before any order is processed. 1Corp staff will guide you through this process.

Can I get a sample?

Apparel/AccessoriesBlank samples can be ordered if you are looking for a specific color, style or fit.  Provided you place an order with us using the sample(s), we will bill the samples with your regular order.  However, if you decide not to place an order, then you will be required to pay a sample cost for the blank piece and any necessary shipping.

Custom EmbroideryA stitched-out proof sample is created for every new logo. In certain circumstances, we can create an embroidered garment sample.

Screen PrintPrinted sample costs are the equivalent of ordering one t-shirt and will be subject to setup charges. Sample shirts start at $75/shirt or higher depending on the number of ink colors and print locations.

Promotional ProductsSome suppliers can provide samples at your expense.

Can I use any artwork I find?

Not necessarily. 

If we use artwork you have supplied to imprint your product, you are warranting that you have unrestricted right and authority to use and distribute that artwork. By supplying 1Corp with your artwork you give us the right to use it for promotional purposes unless you explicitly revoke that right.

Certain retail brands have logo use guidelines that 1Corp follows; we reserve the right to cancel orders with logos that do not conform to those guidelines.

How do you need my artwork?

We accept the following high-resolution file formats: AI, PDF, EPF, SVG, PSD, TIFF, and some high-resolution JPGs. 

Embroidery Orders

Does the price on the website include embroidery?

No, prices on our websites or catalogs do not include embroidery service.

What is a digitizing fee?

Digitizing is the process of turning your logo or design into a program file that is read by the embroidery machines.  This fee is a one-time setup fee, and your logo will be kept on file for future use.

Can you embroider on items I provide?

1Corp will embroider on merchandise that you supply. We do not, however, guarantee the quality of stitching on merchandise not provided by our suppliers.

We are also not responsible for replacing any items that may be damaged in the embroidery process. It is rare but sometimes happens. Again, the merchandise we get from our suppliers is guaranteed to work in commercial embroidery machines.

Can I mix and match pieces?

Yes, if the logo remains the same on each piece.

Screen Print Orders

What is the setup fee?

Setup fees are based upon the number of ink colors and print locations.  Each color requires a $15 setup fee per location. 

For example:  A t-shirt with one design on the front in only one color would require a $15 setup fee. That same shirt with two colors in the design on the front would require a $30 setup fee.

If you added a design to the back of the same shirt in only one color, no matter what color, this shirt requires a $45 setup fee.  Make the back of the shirt’s design in two colors and the shirt now requires a $60 setup fee.  This shirt now has two colors, two locations.

Can I mix and match pieces?

Yes, if the design remains the same size on each piece.

Promotional Product Orders

What is the setup fee?

The setup fee is a fee charged by the manufacturer and involves preparing a plate and the other necessary steps to get your job on the press. This fee normally is $35 to $75, depending upon the vendor and product. Sometimes a setup fee is free. Each product differs.

What is a PMS color and is it required?

A PMS (Pantone Matching System) color is a numbering system used by printers and the promotional product industry to give you the very closest match to the color you want. PMS color information can be found online. 

It is often required but not always. Some vendors supply stock colors for you to choose from and you are limited to those choices. Some require you provide the number. Again, each product differs. We can help you make these decisions.
